Junior's Restaurant is on Flatbush at DeKalb Avenue; the nearest subway station is DeKalb, which unfortuanately is not served by the A/C from JFK. (You can take the A or C to Jay Street and walk over; it's about 7 or 8 blocks...)

From the Junior's website:
"386 Flatbush Avenue at Dekalb Avenue
Brooklyn, New York 11201
718-852-5257
Everyday from 8am to 7pm EST "

Do you realize there are now 2 Junior's locations right in Manhattan? There's one at Grand Central Station and another near Times Square.

While there are 2 Junior's in Manhattan, they aren't really the same as the original in Brooklyn. In the Grand Central location, you eat at very crowded tables off of paper plates and can't get the full menu---just sandwiches and salads. In Times Square, you pay about 35% more and it's---I'm sad to say---a big rip-off except at breakfast. The original in Brooklyn is still my favorite.
