June 2003 Vacation Spot

Looking for a great destination for next June. Wanted something with nice weather but that won't be too hot yet.
Also need a location that is close to a major airport and would be good for a group to explore.
Any suggestions?

I second San Diego!!! It is amazing.... Also, you might try Chicago. Fantastic city with TONS
to do..... It really just depends on what your group likes to do.

june is known as "june gloom" in san diego. the marine layer on the coast often is there all day long. however, the way the weather is changing all over...who knows. GREAT city for a group though since there is soooo much to do.

Flying into Denver and then heading up into the Rockies would be a good option. Depending on what kind of winter we have, there will probably be snow at higher elevations. June is usually dry and sunny in Colorado, but not hot.

British Columbia, Canada. Not quite the height of the tourist season yet, in June, but the weather will be lovely and if you're from the US you'll be pleased with the exchange rate.
