Hubby and I are off for a second honeymoon in a week. We'll be spending 4 days in Sonoma, 3 days in Napa and 2 days in San Francisco. We've already booked full day wine tasting tours for 1 day in Sonoma and 2 days in Napa (to eliminate drinking and driving concerns), the Alcatraz evening tour, and a Giants game (for hubby). Am looking for other "must see/do" suggestions. We will have a car.

You will get more responses if you put the location in your title. When you post, your topic goes onto the main US board (even if you picked CA from the list), and "Itinerary suggestions" doesn't tell us where you are going. There are lots of people here who can help you, but many of them won't click on a title without a location. Good luck!

You might also state your interests. Looks like you will only be in SF for 1 1/2 days, and that's not a lot of time.

If you like museums, they could take 1 full day. If you are a shopper, that could take 1 1/2 days. If you like architecture, there are many tours that could consume 1 1/2 days. If you like to explore neighborhoods, that could be 1 1/2 days also.
