Thanks Sharona, I love this part of the planning.. the last few days,

going thro' packing list,
doing some last minute trip shopping..
getting all the printouts ready,
making list of TO DO things..
packing my camera kit.. this time I am planning to take my Nikon D7000, tripod and some good lenses.. I used to leave this home for travel light..

doing some kind of recce.. Some curiosity and anxiety mixed with excitement..

With so many good wishes from all of you, I am sure that I will have a fabulous trip... Love you all..

As a side, do not attempt to go swimming in the rivers at Yosemite. A young was was doing that last week and was washed over the falls. Happens every year to someone-

Heyyyyy all... guess what.. I am sitting in the balcony of my room at Yosemite Lodge at the Falls.. having hot coffee.. staring at the mountains and pines outside.. This is paradise..And I remember all the advice you all gave me.. that was wisdom. I listened to you all... and enjoying the fruits.. don't feel like leaving this place... I walked here with my DW under the starry sky.. staring at the Yosemite Falls..and listening to its roaring sound..etched in memory for ever... We went to Vegas.. drove down to Death Valley to lake mono.. I dreaded this day a lot.. but thankfully it was great... Tioga pass drive is the most thrilling I have had.. Thanks to you all again.. from the Paradise.. will post again..

Hiiii everyone.. Home Sweet Home... Am back from a lovely month long trip to USA and Canada... Thanks to you all...
Everything went as per plans and the whole experience exceeded my expectations.
