Is it warm enough to snorkel/swim in Mid-March in Key West?

Will be in KW Mar 13-19. Will it be warm enough to go in the ocean? snorkel? Is it particularly rainy in March? Any help is appreciated!

If you were born and raised in South Florida, you will probably find the water too cool. If on the other hand you're from Green Bay, you'll probably LOVE the water. Seriouslly, I think the biggest problem with the water in march is the choppiness. Every time I've been there between January and March, the water has always been choppy, which makes snorkeling a challenge, at best, dangerous, at worst. The "winter" months are generally drier than in summer. Have fun. I'll be down there the same time. Just look for the Enterprise.
