At my wall to wall, floor to ceiling window facing Hong Kong Harbor from my room at the Regent. I couldn't force myself to go to bed.

In the US? Probably standing on the edge of the Grand Canyon around sunset. Or possibly catching my first glimpse of Yosemite Valley through that tunnel.
