Ideas for last minute beach weekend?
Looking for something fun on the water near DC for weekend of the 4th, any suggestions?

Sure - San Diego. Nice weather, no humidity - and less crowded than LA.

If it were me, I would check into Cape May, only because I have never been there and would like to see it! Of course, I would also consider Virginia Beach because it's been a long time since I've been there and would like to see it again, I would stay on the boardwalk. Not much help am I. Have fun whatever you decide.

The nearest ocean beach from DC is about 3 hours away.
