I just got back from Tennessee
I recently visited Cumberland Falls (Kentucky), Burgess Falls, Fall Creek Falls, Chattanooga and the Smoky Mountains National Park in Tennessee.
In Chattanooga, I visited the Tennessee Aquarium, Ruby Falls and Rock City.
In Gatlinburg, I visited Ripley's Aquarium, went on the Tramway and hiked in the Smoky Mountains.
The hotels averaged about $80 a night and if I didn't do so much hiking, I would have gained about 10 pounds from those all you can eat buffets.
I really enjoyed my trip because there's a lot of beautiful scenery and things to do in Tennessee at a reasonable price.
I'll probably return to the Smoky Mountains next summer!

Hey Nick!
Another Michigander here heading down to the Smokeys tomorrow. We will stop in Corbin on the way down for much the same reasons as you. We will be in the mountains for 11 days. I always look forward to getting away to the hills and try to make it every year.
Happy Trails,
Paul
