Kelly's - Yes, and it's assessible by the subway at I believe the Revere Beach stop. There's a bit of a walk, but if it's your first time, why not? The food is great, just make room for the birds and be prepared to fight them for your food.
Union Oyster House - Yes
Legal Sea Foods - IMO, I prefer the smaller, truly local food fare. It's good, but it's really not much more than saying you went there.
Regina's (Pizza in the North End) - Definitely one of my favorites.
Mike's (deserts in the North End) - Definitely another one of my favorites.
