How's Kauai in November??

Alright all you Kauai "regulars" how's the weather in November? We are planning on going in for a week sometime between the first and third week. Please indicate which sides of the island. Price not an issue, I just want beautiful and not all rain. Would also, like some calm water. Thanks for your help in advance.

Why would price be an issue in the first place if you're just asking about weather????? are you also asking for lodging help?

Julie,

You'll want to stay in Poipu on the South Shore of Kauai that time of year. Much less rain and calmer ocean than the North Shore then. The weather should be low to mid 80's probably, should be loverly!

Hmmmm, Interesting...a post from Joseph to Joseph thanking Joseph?

When it comes to Kauai, you can get rained on anytime.
But you can hedge your bet and stay in Poipu even though you have a long drive to anywhere else on the island when you stay there.

Princeville and Hanalei are much prettier. Worth the rain-risk in my opinion.
