Boy, this can be a pretty boring but quick drive of several hours, or you can hit traffic and it can take 10 hours. Depends on when you're going, time of day, luck, etc.

Depends on what part of Orange County. Normally 4 to 5 hours but on a Friday afternoon/evening maybe 6.

Perhaps I should be more specific. Leaving from Garden Grove area on a Tuesday morning in late June.

Depending on how late in the morning, the traffic should have died down, and it shouldn't be more than 4 hours.

If you're going during summer, bring lots of water! 2 years ago we drove from O.County to Vegas, hit traffic, and our air conditioning died in 105 degree heat, and we thought the car wouldn't make it either! It took us a very long 51/2 hours! But it was kind of an adventure.
Boy, did we look bedraggled when we pulled up to the hotel !
