Hotels close to Soldier Field
I am taking my 17 year old daughter to a concert next year at the end of August at Soldier Field in Chicago. I would like to find a hotel that is within easy walking distance to the stadium so that we don't have to worry about parking or public transportation. Is there such a thing? It doesn't have to be a cheap hotel but would prefer less than $175/night. Thank you to anyone for suggestions or any other suggestions that I might not be thinking about!

The three places mentioned above would well. But if for some reason you can't get a room there, know that (in August), the walk from Soldier Field to Michigan Avenue is not a bad/terribly dangerous one (though, of course, be mindful of your belongings, etc.), and walking northbound or catching the #3 or #4 bus north to get to a Mag Mile or RIver North hotel would not be too terrible afterwards. Considering there will likely be lots of people on the street.
Closer to the date, you can also check which buses will run that night from Soldier Field to the "main drags."

Hopefully, you'll get the Chicago HIlton and Towers, which has such a gorgeous lobby.
Have fun and bring your patience that night! The crowd will be slow to disperse afterwards, and hopefully you both wont' be exhausted.

Almost any hotel in the River North/Mag Mile area would be fine and you'll increase your options. From there, you can catch the Number 146 bus southbound on Michigan Avenue to Soldier Field. It stops on the east side of the stadium, then turns around and heads northbound on the north side of Soldier Field near the Field Museum.
You can find parking cheaper than what most hotels charge on www.spothero.com or www.chicagoparkingmap.com. Just enter the address of where you're staying.
