Need to know of any hotels near the Logan Airport. I am flying out a.m. 6/9 and want to stay close and not have to drive tunnel in morning. Any help would be appreciated.

There is a Ramada Inn( I think!) right at the airport, and the new Harborside Hotel is on the Logan side of the new Ted Williams Tunnel, which is probably only 1/2 mile from Logan.

I believe there is a new Hyatt near the airport, but the rates are absurd.

There's the Harborside Hyatt or the Holiday Inn Boston-Logan Airport.

That's right. There is a Ramada right at the airport. It use to be a Hilton but they changed the management to Ramada. The hotel is much nicer than the Holiday Inn at the airport and I highly recommend you stay there instead. It's right at the airport with free shuttle service to your gate.
