Hotel in New Orleans, A good one?

A group of us will be coming to New Orleans for the 49ers game the weekend of September 14th. We have reservations for the Queen & Cresent Hotel. Is this a good one? And..wanna show them a few vampire clubs while we are there...know of any??

GO NINERRRRRRRS!
We'll be there too with our group so watch when you step over a gutter on Bourbon, that might be me down there!

If you haven't done so already, try running the hotel's name up in the "text search" box. And also go into "Rants and Raves".

Came up with some good reviews overall, other than a guy who said he was mugged on his trip.

Our group will be staying near you at The International House. Should be intesesting. We usually stay either at the Marriott or Shearton.

As for the vampire clubs, you're on your own! If you'd ask about "who's who in NOLA bartending", I could help...Try a Google search.

Let the good times roll! Go Niners (but I'm not getting my hopes up!)
My prediction is that I will be sitting at the Hyatt's Sports bar nextdoor to the S'Dome after 4 mins. into the 3rd qtr!

Queen & Crescent is pretty well located for football fans. Five blocks from the Quarter and six-eight to the Superdome. It's received pretty mixed reviews (nice but small rooms, subpar service, nice in-room amenities) but I think it's probably a good choice if you got a good rate.

Vampire clubs? You're reading too much Anne Rice!

Go Saints!!

I'm here to tell you, if you trip over Kal it's because you've been enjoying Bourbon Street bars a little too much! He's not exactly the most ummmmm, "petite" thing on 2 legs. Definitely one of the nicest, but by no means tiny!
