What Jury? I thought they already tarred and feathered our little southern belle. I hear she salvaged the feathers to make a beautiful boa to accessorize the damn tiera she's superglued to that hard head of hers.

Picture? Really?
Excellent...

That tiara that she's wearing better not be superglued on, because I'm going to be wearing it in July and I don't want to have to RIP it off her pretty little head when it's my turn to wear it.

sorry sorry!! It's been a hectic and stressful morning here at work so I wasn't able to log in. No juicy stuff to spill. In attendance: Me, iceeu2, Mr. Icee, chepar, and Mari808. We got to Kincaid's in time for Happy Hour, which was great! as mentioned, sucking down all that stuff and gossiping. One thing that seems to be a theme for me at GTGs: People always ask, "Is Kal as funny in person?" I'm always surprised that so many people have NOT met Kal....whereas I have renezvous'ed many times in many places. Should I call that....multiple organizations?

Since there were only a few of us, I only have a couple of photos. I'll try to post on worldisround later.

BTW Bill....are you coming for sure, when and where? I told mari & chepar that we're looking at brunch, after a invogorating run.

Chepar and I agreed that Kal is a hoot. Although Mrs. Kal is no shrinking violet, she seems so demure compared to the gregarious Kal!

Oh, and we agreed that makai is nice, grounded, lovely, etc. but I made sure to tell them what a hoot Mauka Bob is!!!

Melssy,

I'm still working on it. I'm looking for good airfares (things are so $$$$ right now for summah) and I'm also stuck on where to stay. I'm acutally looking into staying 3 days up on the north shore with a rental car maybe. We might arrive on Saturday or Sunday. Actually it all really depends on how much mula we spend in Rome next month. Marteen is brutal about not going over our travel budget and he's getting to be more and more impervious to my considerable charms.

Probably sometime in late July or early August. I will sunbathe while you OCDs go running and we'll all eat like pigs!

I'll let you know.

Bill

Do you mean "funny-hah hah or "funny"??? :-?

Life is too short to take seriously.
But I take death seriously because it's so long.

"Multiple organizations". ><

You mean "Mauka Bobarian"!!!

Mrs Kal IS shrinking...down almost 45 lbs...but NO violet!
Altho she DOES smell like roses!

Melissa,

Ni hao from Chengdu! Linda got to hold a baby panda in her lap today....this place is unreal!

Sorry I missed the gtg sounds like everyone had a great time. I agree with the guys that when you put out the feelers Charlize T doesn't hold a candle to you.

Hope all is well in paradise and will see you all soon!

Aloha!

makai,
I think so. They have a garden unit available for $145 which is right in our budget. Are the garden units okay? If you stay in the garden units can you use the ocean facing decks or are those stricly for the oceanfront units? There is a condo complex called Haleiwa Surf with some units is our range too. Ke Iki would probably be the best fit for us.

If we stay in Waikiki, it will probably be at the Kaimana Beach Hotel.

The GTG was really fun and it was great to see the icees again. It being happy hour was a bonus.

And yes, when I was asked when the last time I was in Kauai, you could hear crickets chirping because I had to think so long about it.

I really only got ONE photo! It was a mellow one, with so few people. However, I just realized that the odds were very good for Mr. Icee....FOUR wymmen and one man??

By now the icees must have eaten their haupia pie. I'm still bitter about that getting pulled, by the way!
