Hershey PA
I am considering a visit to Hershey PA. Do I need to rent a car to get between attractions or is everything close together? Does the park provide shuttles between hotels and attractions? I looked on their website, but saw nothing about transportation once you get to Hershey. Thanks

My kids got free tickets to Hershey park, so I'll have to bite the bullet and take them. We'll be there for two days (yes, they got that many tickest), so the plan is to go each day for a few hours. We'll be staying in Camp Hill. Any suggestions what we can do during the other hours, preferably something that provides an antidote. Thanks!

While in the area you might want to also go to Gettysburg ( about 45 min. from C.H.) or Lancaster(about 1 hour). If you go to Lancaster--skip the junk on Rt. 30. In Intercourse there is a small museum with a nice slide presentation on the Amish, and if you keep off of the main roads you are bound to see many Amish at work and in their buggys. There is a new Civil War museum in Harrisburg that is supposed to be quite nice. Many good restauramts on Second Street in Harrisburg.
