Here's how I spent my 3 hour layover in Washington, DC
I had a 3 hour layover in Washington, DC and decided to leave the airport and adventure out into the city. I put together a two minute video of my short adventure

Sadly as a European it would take me an hour of my three hour layover just to clear immigration.
