I am taking my daughter to Las Vegas next week to celebrate her 21st birthday.
We are staying at Mirage which I got for $64 / night. When I originally booked (several weeks ago) it was higher, but last weekend I called with a new discount code and the total (for 3 nights) dropped almost $90. The Mirage renovated their rooms this past fall and I believe the volcano is operating again.
We got tickets to see Le Reve at the Wynn which I've heard good things about. I also got a good price on them. Other than the 1 show, we'll be spending our time shopping!
I used www.smartervegas.com for both hotel and show discounts.
Keep checking prices as you get closer because you may drop and the hotel should honor the lower rate.
Have fun!

Le Reve is not a CDS show but, as I understand it, was created by the creator of many CDS shows before he and they had a split. No surprise that I thought it was a CDS show before I learned otherwise.
Le Reve is a terrific show. Liked it more than any of the CDS shows (and I've seen them all except for the newest one that is not supposed to be very good).

We LOVED Le Reve. The theater is small and round with not a bad seat anywhere. It was very entertaining- the acrobatics were spectacular and the water added an interesting dimension.
Our room at Mirage was very nice. Overall we were quite satisfied with the hotel, especially for $64. The room had definitely been renovated and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was rather small but new and well lit.
The Wynn - or Encore - was my favorite. It's beautiful without being over the top or too ornate. I doubt guys would care too much about that but we were impressed.
