Help w/ Marriott chain hotels in Boston area...

Hi,
My husband and I are going to Boston for the first time this June. We have some Marriott points to use, so I need to pick one of the Marriott chain hotels.

Any thoughts on the following 3:

1. Courtyard Boston Copley Square
2. Boston Marriott Cambridge
3. Courtyard Boston Tremont Hotel

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advace.

What sort of thoughts are you looking for? Amenities? Convenient location -- if so, to what ? Restaurants, public transportation, theatre district? Actual age of the building? Give us a clue!

Does it have to be a Courtyard? The "regular" Mariott Copley Square is nice and centrally located.

Location to touristy locations and sight-seeing spots would be my main priority.

With that criteria, I think the Boston Marriott Long Wharf would be the best in terms of access to tourist sites like Faneuil Hall.
