Hello Howard, Caitlin, Owen...

Hello chaps! Are you still out there? Tweedy and all the others that helped us two years ago with our trip to New York? Wondered how you were all doing and if you still visited and posted here. We hope very much to come back again one day - bringing an extra chap with us this time (DW, he stayed home with dad last time). Hope you are there, do post and say Hi!

I think all of the new morons and bashers ran them off to a new board.

I have a feeling that they may still contribute somewhat but under different or anonymous names. They are missed.

Hello!!! We all live together now and are so bloody glad that you wrote. Tweedy is our next door neighbor and we have formed our own choir.

Say....we are all jumping off a cliff tonight...will you join us?

Every time Owen posted he got flamed pretty good. Don't blame him for leaving. It's too bad Fodor's has let the inmates run the asylum.

I have seen them all post in recent months. You could do a text search for their individual names and come up with their most recent posts. I also see them post on the Europe board at times.

Good luck.

Ladies, I'm alive, well and posting! Thanks for asking.
However, since my wife and I had a glorious two-week trip to Paris in May and I've just returned from week's business trip to Washington, I've not posted as much lately.
Again, thanks for asking....come back again....and gee, I've never been the subject of a posting before!

I haven't been reading or posting as much here in the past 6 months or so, but check the board occasionally, and on this occasion happened to run into your query. When I look at NYC threads, I do often see relies from Howard and Owen.

Me, I haven't had as much time to spend surfing the 'net, and have to set my priorities. Wish I could say I'm planning a big trip and need to do research and be here more often, but it's not going to happen anytime soon.

If you do come this way again (or to northern CA, my other area of expertise) and don't see me around, drop me an email and I'll pop in.

There's been a sighting of a Neal Sanders posting? Where?

Oh bless you! It was lovely to check in tonight and find you alive and well. (Having ignored the silly billys along the post trail!) Gytha is trying to talk me into another trip next year - this time though Mazzrat's brother wants to join us (she's now 15 and he's 12). We'll be back asking lots of questions to be sure - at the moment though I'm dragging my heels a bit - I HATE flying! The flights with Virgin last time did nothing to inspire me or convince me otherwise either - but New York was wonderful, so I will be tempted again I'm sure. So glad you are well and travelling around - give us a yell if you are ever in England!

These three were of enormous help to me a little over a year ago. I was a LITTLE obsesive compulsive about my planning. Actually their help was great since we did get caught in the Blizzard of 2000 at New Years. The planning helped ease the stress we had to endure. And guess what?? I am planning another trip this fall. Being that it is the second go round, I'll need some advice but will try and relax a little more. Hope to get some wonderful advice from you all.
THANKS
