Hawaiian Entertainment Book
We are going to Hawaii at the end of July for 17 days. In the past I have bought the Entertainment book and used some of the coupons although most of the coupons seemed to be for Oahu. Is there a good variety of coupons for Kauai, Maui and the Big Island to justify the purchase. Our hotel res. are all in place and I am happy with the rates I have.

Sorry this is not going to help you but where do you get this coupon book? I have heard of coupon type deals through the Hawaii Tourist Network you can find them online, never used can't confirm. Did you find great deals in past. I always just guess you get what you pay for and not a lot more. Please let me know.

I used one last Nov. in Oahu and Maui. It does have several good coupons for Oahu, but we had to make a big effort to use it in Maui. We did use around 3 coupons in Maui during the two days that we were there at restaurants and coffee shops.
I think that you could get your moneys worth if you try. The book is just not that expensive.

The website to buy The Entertainment book is
www.entertainment.com
Right now they have a Father's Day Special--$10 off making it cost $20.
My recent experience has been that the website purchase will add on a S&H charge. When I ordered by phone, shipping was included, not extra.
I feel there is certainly enough in the book for one week of vacation time on any of the major islands, but the bulk of offers are for Oahu/Waikiki. A single dinner in the Fine Dining section (where a plastic card is used instead of a coupon) would recoup your cash outlay for the book.
Most of the tourist books with coupons do not offer 2 for 1, instead offer buy one, get 1/2 off the second.
