Hawaii New Covid Rules

With Hawaii dropping all Covid restrictions starting March 23, 2022 including showing proof of vaccination. Do you still have to go to Hawaii safe travel to upload your Covid vaccine card and tell when you will be in Hawaii and where you are staying?

NOTICE: At the end of the day, March 25, 2022, the Safe Travels Hawai‘i program will conclude. Beginning March 26, 2022, there will be no COVID-related requirements for arriving domestic passengers. Travelers arriving in Hawai‘i directly from international airports must still comply with U.S. federal requirements; consult with your airline.

Damn, I'll miss that by a week! The good news is, unlike our son, who went to Hawaii last November, we don't have to get a test within 72 hours of going, regardless of being vaxed. We now just to upload our vax docs on the Safe Travels website and get a QR code, which we did. A bit of a pain, because we had to get an app for one of their authorized programs (we used CLEAR because it was free), get the code, then connect the two.
