Hawai islands

Do I need to prebook and reserve flights between islands?
Want to be in Maui 3 days and Kauai 3 days then back to Oahu for flight home.
Unsure if I book these b4 I leave Canada. Wil be there one week February.

Most definately book ahead for direct flights at convenient times. Sometimes it makes sense to switch islands early morning, and other times early evening works well. Well for us anyway.

jebb, nobody can really make a hotel reservation without knowing your budget, the area you want to stay in, whether you want to be ON the beach, whether you are a Ritz Carlton-person or a Motel-6-is-fine-it's-just-a-place-to-sleep person, etc. Help us out.

My advice is to stay in one place for the 6 days. You lose so much time in transit, etc. Any of the islands has plenty to do for a week,, in addition to relaxing.
