We live in Medford and eat in Ashland all the time. Places that have already been mentioned that we really like are:
Liquid Assets
Amuse
Peerless
Jaspers
Morning Glory(a must for breakfast)
Smithfield's

But one place that hasn't been mentioned is fairly new (less than a year) and is my new favorite place in Ashland - Coquina. Great for a before show dinner - everything is fabulous!!

If you want a good cup of Coffee,
Noble Coffee Roasters on 4th Street.
The other breakfast alternative
if Morning Glory is too crowded
or for your second day is Wild Goose
out on 66.
