Hi everyone, we just returned from the place they call"the paradise of the blue-green water" and they aren't kidding! We hiked down 8 miles to the bottom of the canyon and explored the 3 fantastic waterfalls of Havasu, Navajo, and Mooney. They were incredible! I hiked Havasu about 5 years ago and it was amazing! It is still one of the most incredible and unusual places I have been. Did you camp or stay at the "rustic" motel?

Yes, that's right it would be more of a "lodge". I couldn't quite think of the right word earlier! ;-) It was ok really; who spends time in their room anyway? Makes you want to get out and discover things. I guess you ate at the local diner, too?
