Harrah's/Hard Rock Hotel/Holiday Inn Boardwalk - Comments Please!

We're planning a trip to Las Vegas (our second) at the end of the year and are considering staying at one of these hotels. Any comments on them would be appreciated (and although it seems like I have a thing for hotels starting with the letter "H," it is purely a coincidence!)

We stayed at Harrahs last year, and liked our renovated room, which had a view of The Mirages's 'Volcano'
. The hotel is resonably priced and a good Vaalue. Although we did not stay at the Hard Rock, we did visit it, and it is definetely has an atmosphere for the under 35 set (we are 39). The rooms seem to be nicely furnished, but the hotel is off the strip, and is more expensive than Harrahs. Don't know much about the Holiday Inn, but I know that it's not in the same league as the other 2 you mention. I would stick with Harrahs out of the three, considering such factors as price, convienence, and hotel room quality.

Highly recommend Harrah's. We've stayed there several times, the last time was in April. We've also stayed at the Luxor and Caeser's. For the money, I think Harrah's is by far the better value.

Another vote for Harrah's. Right in the middle of the strip and value priced.
