Ground Transport DCA to Baltimore
I am traveling to Baltimore for a short conference. It is so much easier for me to fly to Washington National (DCA) than to BWI. Is there a shuttle I can take from DCA to BWI or to downtown Baltimore? Time? Frequency? Cost?

From DCA you can take an airport-to-airport shuttle service (not sure of details, but check website for the airport), but you can also take the Metro (subway, although it's elevated at DCA) to Union Station and catch one of the hourly trains (or commuters are more frequent during rush hour) for Balt. Union Sta. If traffic's bad, this might be a better choice.
