Great Lunch in Manhattan on a Saturday

We will be in Manhattan on a Saturday and have a late flight out that evening. We would love to have a great lunch in one of the better restaurants. Most of our choices are not open for Saturday lunch such as Le Bernardin, BLT Steak, Bar Americain and several in this category. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Check www.opentable.com Many restaurants in NYC do not serve lunch and/or serve brunch menus.

Fleur de Sel on 20th at 5th. We had a terrific prix fixe lunch (3 courses for $25) there last week and I can't recommend it highly enough.
