GPS device in carry-on

Anyone pack a GPS device in a carry-on and have a problem with security?

This was addressed a few days ago on another post. It shouldn't be any different than a laptop or camera. At most, that might ask you to turn it on.

No problems. I took a Garmin Forerunner GPS through security in France, Scotland and Italy. I agree, it's just like any other electronic device.
