Good lunch near 16th & 5th?

Any ideas for tasty lunches (ethnic preferred) near Artistic Tile at 16th and 5th Avenue?

Good middle eastern small cafe/takeout on 17th Between 5th & Bway - Cafe Medina. Very good new sausage place - Mandlers - same block. Chop't - fresh tasty salads - same block. Very good Cuban place (great cuban ribs & cubano sandwiches, avoid the paella) Havana Central - same block. Extremely popular hole-in-the-wall felaffal place, Rainbow Felaffal - same block. Yup, it's a great block.

Also City Bakery (althoough not all that ethnic, but good food/salads/desserts), on 18th st betw 5th & 6th., zen palate at union sq east & 17th st. There are several restaurants on Park Av so between 14th st and 23rd st. Also on the higher end, Union Sq Cafe, Blue Water Grill, Tocqueville, AZ (asian fusion, more ethnic than the others). For Spanish/Tapas, Pipa at ABC Carpet.

Oh yeah, HAVANA CENTRAL on 17th just west of Union Square (just east of 5th Ave). Fantastic Cuban cuisine.

Considering I work on 20th and 5th, I think I've been to almost every place in the area.

Sushi Samba is on Park Ave South around 19th.

I second Havana Central on 17th off Broadway

There's also a new crepe place called City Crepe on 18th between Broadway and Park.

For really good pizza and italian check out Bravo Pizza on 18th and 5th. There is usually a line out the door for their pizza, or you can create your own pasta in the back.

Also don't forget to stop for after lunch dessert at Garden of Eden on 14th Street between 5th and Broadway! Their bakery section is outrageous!!
