Getting from Greenbelt to fun area of DC
I will be staying in Greenbelt, Maryland for a few days and know from experience that there is not much to do there. I would like to take the metro into a fun area of DC where it is lively at night and plenty of bars/restaurants. I know I can take the Green Line from Greenbelt, then transfer to the Red Line to get to an area like Dupont Circle but that would probably take close to an hour each way. Are there any areas comparable to Dupont Circle that I could get to more quickly from Greenbelt?
