This probably won't bemuch help at all because it has been years and years since I have been, but I believe it is right downtown LA and you will see banners on the street lights and there are a few buildings that have paintings on them (like fashion paintings). I'm really sorry, perhaps you will get more precise info from someone else. Have fun though, it is a huge area! I remember they used to have one building alone that was about 5 or 6 stories and it was just full of shops!! Plus there are many vendors outside on street level too.

I am taking my daughters 21 and 25, are there any particular stores that you think the girls should not miss?

Also, is there some sort of funky/fun/good and affordable type restaurant around there?
