Fort Lauderdale-Favorite Restaurant

What's your favorite Fort Lauderdale area restaurant? Going in January, and looking for great food, not too expensive, nothing fancy... Thanks!

I have lots of faves . Chima...Brazilian steakhouse, Aruba beach cafe for a beachy type feel. JUst went to Hi-Life last night and it was good. Ruggieros is good too, J's and Shooters for great views. Bimini Boatyard for decent seafood. Big City Grille on Las Olas is very good too! Il Molino for decent Italian fare. Casa D"Angelo for high end Italian. Cafe Martarano' good too. Good Pizza at Pizza Rustica, Red Star Tavern in the Galleria is good. How is that for my faves?

I'm thinking about Casa D Angelo.
How about Eduardo De San Angel or Thai Spice, Canyon? Looking for a place that has great food, but not too expensive, and casual dress....

Forgot to mention Canyon and their prickley pear magaritas...to die for! Have not been to Eduardos or Thai Spice, Wear long pants at Canyon, they sometimes fuss at people in shorts. Have not been to Rainbow Grill, but that is on our short list...so is the Sweet Sop Supper Club on Oakland Park. Casa D"Angelo is not cheap, but their pasta puttanesca was one of the best I have ever had,,,,and their bruchette that comes with dinner, COULD have BEEN my dinner!

Thanks for the responses, and probably will try Casa D Angelo since someone I know just recently ate there and said it was GREAT!
