Oy. The last time I saw something this color green was my sinus infection of two weeks ago. It didn't look good on my Kleenex, either.

And the pins were from back in the mid-90's, right?

I got my pin when they started registration. I've only been visiting since 2000, so I can't say what it was like in the mid-90s. When did the site open?

The new green band at the top of the page draws my eye and holds it so completely that I find myself staring at it for hours at as time. I'm only able to type this now because a co-worker shook me back awake from my Fodor's induced trance. I'm afraid that I won't be able to visit this site anymore because of the new top border.

You all have to be kidding me...I'm sure that Fodor's paid some high falutin' consultant WAY too much to tell them what new color scheme to use so who are you to take exception. Are you trying to put the color forecasters (yes, there are such people) out of business. The economy would grind to a halt if they couldn't convince us that such and such a color is "out" and the new one "in".

My only problem with the new color scheme is that it is so "70s". I'm still trying to forget 70s fashions ugh.

I find the green distracting too, but it does keep drawing my eyes toward the top of the screen to the logo. Maybe that is what Fodors wants.

It's not the green and blue on the top band that bugs me, but that ugly light browny-gray band underneath it with the poster's screen name on it! That doesn't match or compliment the green/blue combo AT ALL. Yuck.

It is the color of wet clay.

Danny? How about a word or two from the big giant Fodors head?

I really don't have a problem with it -- kind of don't care.

Gosh, do you all really notice it so much? The first time I pulled it up, I thought my computer went flukey, but since then... It's just in my peripheral vision. I don't know... such odd things always happen whenever I sit down to my computer, that nothing new really phases me!

That guy on the o on .com depicts someone who got blinded by the puke green and got squashed by a big blue marble and he is stuck to it. Seams pretty obvious to me.

Am I just crazy or what? If clicking on "hotels", "restaurants", "bargains", etc. Is not the print smaller?? Using "View" and clicking on "larger" does nothing. Have I been drinking too much wine??
