Faina~ okay, I'm a team player, so I will share my extended release call-a-gin spray with all my new FODORETTES.
I will also abide by your rules since we have some similar cultural issues, lol.
BayouGal~ I was afraid I had incurred your wrath for some reason, so I'm glad to see you are once again enabling me. Just this afternoon, they pulled over my Harley because of the air soft gun I bandied about.
It also wards off the dreaded million dollar question:
"Will you have chicken or fish?", to which I coldly reply,"Cindy/ Mindy/ Lindy~ my doctor says throwing up once a day is plenty. Kindly wheel that lumbersome cart forward, so Enrique can work his magic".

"Would all Fodorites not spend the entire flight boring their seat partner by yaking away the entire flight."

LoveItaly, I thought that was the whole idea?!

iceeu2 knows I can do MY part in that!

And I suppose I should bring boiled peanuts, but prefer to bring fried oysters!

Would ya all mind if I repeatedly sang "We All Live on a Yellow Submarine?" while on this little GTG?

oops, did not see the separate travel underwear thread and thought you were referring to ... well, never mind.

We are just going to the dogs today, aren't we?

I had this awful thought... at the Sunday service, there would be the one "problem child", who would bellow from the back row:

"Some of you can't read ten posts without hitting the reply button".

Just to prove him wrong, I added nothing to the underwear thread, since I don't yet own a wickin' pair.

Bring your own jar of fireflies, and a child that coulda been:
1. a trip to Namibia
2. a generous amount of vintage wine
3. sixteen dollar underwear, many times over.

Jetset, incur my wrath?! Get real--I search out your posts!

OldSouthernBelle, I don't know why you couldn't bring fried oysters AND boiled peanuts. Maybe I could bring the frog legs?!

kswl, do you want to wear a tent under your dungarees or do you want your DH's shorts . . . oh, never mind, I guess you so want a bigger bang for the buck out of it!;-)

And stop referring to me as the problem child!

Whoa, Bayougirl! A tent?

I am going to hop in the spa with a new Sudoku book and mull that one over.

Personally, I don't think there is a city in the US that is better for a vacation than San Antonio. It has something for everyone.

LMAO, kswl! I was only referring to you remarking that for $16 there should be more material. But I guess that was on the underwear thread, not the convention thread. SORRY!

And let's PLEASE not get into a discussion about who's bum is bigger . . . . quot;> Isn't Saturday nights "Who's the Biggest Loser" thread enough for our self-esteems?!

All right. Just off the plane--it was a 9 hour flight to Honolulu from Atlanta! I usually take the window seat so I can fall asleep on the window. Usually pleasant, but not this time. The guy in the other seat was flatulent. Since he was inconsiderate enough to invade my air space multiple times, I did not feel guilty about spraying my Sephora violet scent (the mini spray) his way.

So here's another rule for this Fodors Flight of Fantasy: NO flatulent fodorites!!
