Florida sun and shopping

Looking for a good place to go in Florida. Have been to Key West, Key Largo, Marco Island. Looking for a good hotel on the beach and a good location for shopping. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks,
Sharon

South Beach is a high end shopping district, restaurant and nightclub district. Beach hotels are international destinations.

South Beach and the Lincoln Road Mall. You won't even need a rental car.

I spent a week on Miami Beach earlier this month. If you haven't stayed on Miami Beach, I'd recommend it, unless you're looking for something quiet. It's mostly high-end clothes shopping, though; not sure if that's what you were looking for.

Hotel depends on your budget and desires. We stayed at the Haddon Hall Hotel, which is in a great location. It's not the nicest hotel in the world, but it did the trick for us; we don't really require anything more than clean sheets, towels, and a functioning a/c.
