Fenway Pahk

Am visiting Boston with family in June. Would like to take them to Fenway. I have been once but sat in outfield. How does one get tickets between the bases on lower level?
As a Cardinal fan, I was most impressed by your city's baseball knowledge and devotion.

Getting Red Sox tickets can be tricky since Fenway does not have as many seats as other cities and Boston is such a big baseball town but it is possible!! First check the Red Sox box office- even offer to not all be sitting together-you can even get tickets online-this will depend on the game. Next there are ticket agents but you will pay a premium but may be worth it for great seats ahead of time. Last advice is to go the day of the game- early- and there are guys selling tickets outside of the stadium- have cash and a map of the inside so you know what you are getting. To give you an idea of cost my family went last night- our seats are on third base line- row two between the visitor dugout and homeplate (great for autograph's and balls!)and the tickets were $55 a piece. We are fortunate to have friends we can buy awesome tickets from every year. When needed my husband has also used a ticket agent and paid a premium. The website is www.redsox.com and phone is 617-267-1700. Good Luck!!

Check into the stadium tour. On our Boston vacation last summer, my husband and 14-year-old baseball fanatic son took the tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Have pictures of them in the outfield next to the "green monster".

We try to get Red Sox tickets every year as soon as they go on sale to general public - and still end up with outfield seats. It appears the only way to get decent seats if you are not a season ticket holder is through a ticket agent (in phone book) - this will cost a lot over face value of ticket. Decide if it is worth it. Most decent seats go to season holders and they sell to ticket agents for games they will not use.
