Favorite Airline?

Just curious, what is everyones favorite airline? So far I have to say- ATA. Flew them for the 1st time last year and was pleasantly pleased. Nice big cushion seats, leg room wasn't too bad and love the way the TV screens fold down every 2 seats. 2nd vote would be United.

Singapore Airlines.
Better service than a Four Seasons hotel. Clean, clean. Very well managed.

It's funny how differently people feel about such basic things. I hate Southwest, basically because I feel like it's a cattle call, and makes for anxiety if traveling with several members, to be able to sit together.

My favorite airline is JetBlue because, while being a low cost airline, they put customer satisfaction as a top priority, and with their thick leather seats, mini tvs, and pre--assigned seat assignments, they are far superior to Southwest in my book. I'm flying Southwest next week, and I'm dreading it already...... I wish Jet Blue flew out of Islip airport, but will drive further to be able to use them, if they fly where I'm heading.

I am shocked that ATA made the list...my favorites are Virgin Atlantic and SAS. As far as domestic I would say MW express or Continental.

Of all that I've flown I'd have to say Air France, although American is what we usually have to fly.

I've heard Singapore tops them all, but haven't had the opportunity to try them yet.

I love Southwest airlines as well as Jet Blue. Unfortunately most of my flights are Northworst Airlines.

My best flight to Europe was on SwissAir business class. It was very luxurious, much better than the Air France sardine can Concorde (may it rest in peace) which was not worth the hour or two saved.

I agree with the first reply. Southwest without a doubt. They are on time, they give you what you pay for, if they mess up, they try to fix it. They don't take themselves too seriously, their rapid reward program allows you to quickly gather flights and drink coupons...

I could go on, but as one person said, if you don't like the cattle call you probably won't like them. Oh well, more room for me!

I like Continental but have been very pleased with American lately as well.

I'm glad Janny got a good plane in the ATA fleet. They must have some new ones. My last ATA flight was nothing short of horrific.

i like southwest for its prices and ability to book last minute, but i didn't like the cattle call because it brings out the worst in people.

anyone flown out of midway airport in chicago lately (that's where southwest is located)? heard on the news last week that there are major security checkpoint backups there and people are missing their flights in some cases due to long lines.

Not sure if I have a favorite. They all seem the same. I'm surprised Hawaiian Air made the list. I prefer Aloha air over Hawaiian.

I'll throw in a vote for Alaska. Their flight attendants and customer service people are always great to deal with.
Internationally, British Airways.
