"The competition (which you guys mention as the official and primary seller) is asking. . . And they do not provide seat numbers as well."
Huh? You're saying Ticketmaster does NOT provide specific seat numbers for premium seats? What? When did that start? I know for a fact that if they don't come up on the website (but I've never seen that happen -- at least before you finalize your purchase, a simple phone call and they most certainly WILL tell you what specific seats.
Besides, now you're talking about "premium" seats, not regular seating. I once had a broker offer me premium seats for Jersey Boys at slightly less than what premium seats were going for. I actually bought them, and then he notified me I had been upgraded -- five rows forward to the very front row! SCAM! The front row is supposed to be much less than premium seating, and is never called premium seating. But yes, I digress. Fortunately he agreed to refund my money when I clearly knew what I was talking about. I remember posting that here and some poor soul saying the same thing had happened to them, but they were delighted to be "upgraded" to the front row.

I am saying Ticketmasters secondary market Ticketsnow does not provide specific seats, again Ticketmaster is the primary market , it is comparing apples and oranges. Ticketmaster on the secondary market does not provide specific seat numbers, perhaps they do sometimes but as I have checked I provide them more times then their secondary site.
Again you are lumping me into your bad experiences, and making a general speculation about my site. I am sorry you had a bad experience, as I am fine with your debate before I entered the thread. My only problem with the thread was that you guys talked only about my site and were questioning my business on speculation. I came in just to set the record straight, the tickets are real, the prices are real and they are guaranteed to get you in the show, that is all.
If you go to my site, my seating chart for Jersey Boys (Virginia/August Wilson Theatre) clearly shows the premium section and how the rows in front are not premium seats.
Would another business perhaps try to say being closer is premium to a customer? Perhaps... would I ... no...
