Driving from Dallas to Big Bend

We are going to be driving from Dallas TX to Terlingua TX in one day. Looking for suggestions on unique, good places to eat lunch and/or dinner on the way.

Main Sreet Cafe in Monahans but they're only open for lunch Monday through Friday. La Posada Milagro has good breakfast in Terlingua.
