Friday (morning) Circle Line Cruise.(afternoon) Visit the Intrepid Museum, Ground Zero and walk the Brooklyn Bridge. (night) pre-theatre meal and a Broadway Show.

Saturday (morning to evening) shopping.
(night) Rockefeller Centre and a movie.

Sunday (morning) Visit David Wilkerson's church. (afternoon) Statue of Liberty, Central Park and Grand Central. (night) Bus Tour.

Monday (morning) Chinatown/Litte Italy/Greenwich Village?

Depart Monday afternoon/evening.

It sounds like your are trying to do too much in too little time. I think Thursday night is unrealistic, skip the shopping. Friday night you will be exhausted in the theater and you probably will not have time for pre dinner but post. I would move the Intrepid Museum to Saturday or Monday. Saturday sounds very feasable, Sunday sounds rushed and Monday is fine.

If you are visiting David Wilkerson's church on Sunday morning, I would suggest going in early (9 am) and putting some coats on the seats where you want to sit. It gets very crowded and you may end up in the overflow room. You will want to sit in the main sanctuary (which is the former Mark Hellinger Theater). If you can, try sitting in the Rear Mezzanine/Balcony because you get a beautiful view of the crown motif and the angels flanking the proscenium.

Friday afternoon seems a bit busy. Assuming the 3 hour Circle Line cruise and lunch you will have around 4 hours to visit the Intrepid, GRound Zero and walk the Brooklyn Bridge. Pre dinner means you are going to have to be in a restaurant no later than 6:30 (earlier would be better). To wash up and dress for the evening requires your being back at your hotel somewhere around 5 PM. Take away at least 45 minutes travel time from Intrepid to GRound Zero to the Bridge further eats into the afternoon sightseeing.

Just to confuse you a little bit more, there are free tours of Grand Central Friday at 12:30pm, which is run by the Grand Central Partnership. Meet on 42nd Street in front of the Phillip Morris/ Whitney Museum across the street from Grand Central. Of course you can just walk into GC and look at it, but the tour is informative.

Sunday sounds a little brutal as well. Doing the Statue of Liberty, Central Park and GCS is a lot for one afternoon, probably too much. Although the SoL shouldn't take too long if they're not letting people in. You could easily spend an afternoon in Central Park (although if it's December, dress warm).

Skip going to the Statue of Liberty (think it is still closed) and do the free Staten Island Ferry. Beautiful views of the Statue, lower Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge.

Good advice has already been given here. Your Friday plan is way too much, there would not be time for Ground Zero/B'lyn Bridge. Stay midtown that day. EVerything else you have planned will fill up the day easily. The circle line offere 1,2 or 3 hr tours, plus you have to arrive at the pier early. The intrepid is right next to the circle line so that's a good combo to do on the same day. Since you are taking the circle line, i don't see the point of the staten island ferry (you'll have great views from the circle line), and liberty island is closed so no sense in that. You can do a downtown 1/2 day of maybe ground zero/south street seaport/b'lyn bridge with a meal in either little italy or chinatown (short walk from B'lyn bridge). Look on a map and try to stay in one general area per day and re-org your plans accordingly.

Liberty Island is not closed - the Statue is closed to the public. Unless you want to visit Ellis Island as well you can view the Statue from a Circle Line boat or the Staten Island ferry. The Circle Line boat will sail closer to Liberty Island.
