Does anyone else have problems with the threads on the forum loading?

dmlove--- any chance you know a title of one of the threads that you were only seeing old replies? Was it a thread that you knew had newer replies or was the forum just bringing up older threads.
Sorry--just want to clarify so I can report it correctly.
The issue that Birdie mentions---if this is happening to you please let me know by posting here or dropping me an email at [email protected].
I have not seen this happen yet on my end, but that doesn't mean it is not. It sounds like that frame is not loading properly---like your selecting Europe and then seeing posts from another forum. Has this happened clicking around from the main forums page or just within the Forums?
I apologize for all of the questions-
Best,
Katie

Hi Katie, today, last evening and yesterday about 25% of the time the threads would not load to the left of the website regardless of which Forum I clicked on and it didn't matter whether I used the Change Forum at the top of the thread (which when the left side of the screen is blank it isn't there of course) or clicking on Talk and then clicking on the Forum I wanted. I have on and off had problem posting also, sometimes my post will post right away, sometimes it takes 5 minutes and sometimes it just won't post.
This morning none of the threads would load for any of the Forums. I came back later to discover I had to log back in although I hadn't logged off.
It has been very unpredictable and a tad frustrating.

Fodors has been advised to hire a Self Help Administrator to help with the Fodors obsessed and addicted.
Part of the program is to shut the system down 15 minutes each hour, to ween the truly addicted. They fear cold turkey may make some go postal.

Katie, I clicked on my log-in name twice, and got this thread listed first, never replied to it!

I think the last forum I was on - before I closed Fodor's.
And yes, definitely not "my" posts as I remember the first post had 0 replies, and I was not the original poster on that one.
It seems to be working now, only slow.
And a couple of times I'd click US forum, and get Lounge posts.

I just assumed it was a problem with my connection (or whatever). Didn't know so many others were having this problem. It's really annoying because you don't know if you should wait, log out and log back in, or just log out and go do something else.
