Disney World-Orlando,Universal-First Time

Message: Going to WDW & U-IOA for first time in mid-April. Can I use an Entertainment Book discount at any of the WDW resorts (just ordered the Orlando book - have never used one before)? Any suggestions of what to see/skip? Planning on one day each at Magic Kingdom, Epcot, & IOA. Thank you.

Yes, you can use you Entertainment Card for hotel discounts. We just used ours for Hotel in Downtown Disney. We also used the card for rental car too. If your going with kids, then you may need 1 day at each park. I know Magic Kingdom is defintely 1 day. Island of Adventure & Universal Studios you can do both in 1 day since they are next to each other. Now we went to Epcot & Animal Kingdom both parks the same day.
MGM can be done in 1/2 day too. It's up to you. Definetly go to IOA and Universal. Both worth it!!!

Have Fun!!

Swan and Dolphin on WDW property gives Entertainment rates. You can also use it at both on-site hotels at Universal/Islands of Adventure. If you stay t one of their hotels, you get all day express access to the attractions just by showing you room key. No waiting in long lines. It's the best thing ever. You would be hard pressed to do both Universal parks in one day. They might be right next to each other, but there is a lot to see and do. If you stay on-site and have the express access, you MAY get them done in a day. I feel it takes at least two days and preferably three to do both Universal Parks. Give us some idea of what you like to see/do so we can help you out with what to see/skip.
For LOADS of info on WDW and Universal go to www.disboards.com

You can also find a lot of info at www.orlandotripplanner.com - on all of the Orlando (and Kennedy Space Center ) attractions. Check out the Entertainment Book web site to see what hotels currently take the card. Onsite, the only ones are the Swan and Dolphin at DIsney - there are many more off site. Good luck. (At Epcot, I like Space Ship Earth, Ellen's Energy Adventure, and Test Track - to me these are the best of Future World.)

Not all the hotels in the Entertainment Book are listed on their website for some reason. Check in the back of your book where they list all the hotels.
