Discount Outlet stores NY vs Orlando

Ok guys,

I'm going to be NY & Florida for my honeymoon & the wife to be is very excited about the discount shopping outlets shes heard so much about(she assures me that she's more excited that's it's our honeymoon).

We'll be in NY 1st, so where's better?

Any particlar places in each location we should go to?

just to confirm it's fashion clothing rather than home appliances etc she was after....

M

As far as NY goes, either Secaucus NJ
or the premium outlets in Central Valley NY. Both are excellent choices.

The best outlet shopping in the New York area is at Woodbury Common, about 75-90 minutes north of NYC. (RMC: Is that what you were referring to when citing Central Valley?)

Howard,

Yup,...the Premium Outlets are located in Central Valley. Pretty amazing place in the middle of NO WHERE!

The Port Authority on West 42nd Street and West 181st Street offer non-stop bus service to the Woodbury Commons Shopping Outlet in Central Valley, NY...I think the Short Line Bus Company operates it...Woodbury Commons has Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Gap, Donna Karan, Burberry's, Betsey Johnson, Esprit, J Crew, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, to name a few and there's a food court.

Hi,

First of all Congratulations.!!

I only know orlando so here goes,

Belz factory outlets are at the northern end of International Drive- I think they are spread over 4 malls with a reasonable gap between themn so you may need to drive.

At the southern end of I Drive there are the Orlando Premium Outlets. Very good and all in 1 area so you can park the car and walk around the shops.

I think there are others in Kissimme and between Belz and the main area of International Drive.

Hope this helps
