Just got back from honeymoon. We went on the Windjammer Dinner Cruise $59.95 and thought the food was ok and the open bar drinks were not that good. There were way more people going for Maui Princess Dinner Cruise. We booked most of our activities with Activity World, both Kauai and Maui tours.
http://www.hawaiiactivityworld.com/mauifr.html Make sure you book in advance for the Old Lahaina Luau or The Feast at Lele because they were booked even before we arrive there.

Good luck and enjoy!

We took a dinner cruise on the "Navatek II." It was nice--good food, drinks were okay (no different than all of the watered-down mai tais we had the entire trip) and the boat was nice. We were glad that we did it.
I think it was about $60 each.
