Going to be in Kauai end of this month at the Princeville Resort for 25th wedding anniversary. Willing to drive anywhere on island for a very nice dinner, but even more important great sunset over dinner.

Any ideas?

Aloha Alan! You'll be at the best location in Kauai for a spectacular sunset dining experience. Both the
Princeville Resort restaurant or may I
recommend the Bali Hai restaurant at the
Hanalei Bay Resort & Suites just across
the way. We've dined at both so I recommend you try both of them. The sunsets are incredible! I have pictures
of some of the sunsets and everyone that

We thought the Beach House had
an incredible sunset view and the
food and service were excellant.
You are within steps of the ocean.
Dress is casual while the dining
experience is unforgettable.

Definitely The Beach House. The fact that you will probably need to reserve several days ahead of time says a lot. Same owners and food as A Pacific Cafe with a tremendous ocean front location.
