Will be attending the Devon Dressage show late Sept. Any good restaurants in the area? Seafood? Thank you

Don't know your price range or other pertinent info, but if you like Asian food, I suggest the Thai Orchid on Lancaster Avenue. For upscale, dress-up dining, the Kennedy-Suplee Mansion (just outside Valley Forge Park).

I like Thai Orchid, too. What price range are you looking for? Can't think of a "seafood" place. Any other choices?

333 Belrose is very good and not too far. Taquet at Wayne Hotel is also excellent. Will you be venturing into Philadelphia at all? If so, there are many great restaurants.

Thanks for your help. Yes, we will be going into Phili for dining. From chicago area, so I like "dress up" dining. Also would like up scale place for cocktails. Someone told us about a place called Prime Rib. Thought I would make a reservation their for one night. We like all kinds of food. Will be staying at the Desmond hotel.
Thanks again!

Striped Bass is a very upscale restaurant with beautiful ambience and fresh seafood. It is actually one of the top restaurants in the country for seafood. Prime Rib, is a very nice steak house.

Great places for cocktails would be Rouge right on Rittenhouse Square (they have good food also), Le Hexagone, Alma de Cuba. The Olde City Section of Philadelphia is alos a great place to dine and have cocktails. A good place there is Buddakan for food and drink.

I just wanted to let everyone know that we so very much enjoyed all the wonderful restaurants that you recommended. We ended up at Taquet for lunch twice and dinner once. It was SUPER and the people their were so very very nice. Twice we went to General Warren Inne for dinner. Food was out of this world. And so much fun!
We will be back next year for the Horse show. Everyone is so kind in your area.
Hope then to try all of the other suggestions. May I add that all of you have GREAT taste. Thank you
