Another fun thing to do while in Denver is to tour the Rockies stadium. I think the tour on game days is early or you may need to do it a different day. Very fun, you get to see the locker room, sit in the dug out etc. Another fun tour is Red Rocks and there is a good walking tour in LODO or tour the Brown Palace.

I do believe 12345 was being facetious. Not very helpful under the circumstances but whatever.....
I will also be arriving DEN Wednesday the 18th for a long planned week with DS and DIL. We have plans for a wine festival down in Lake City which I believe will be fine. I normally take a long day trip to RMNP but I think I'll not be heading that way this time. I think the locals will have enough to handle without "sight seers" added to the mix.
Hope it dries out soon for those badly affected!!
