Cooking Lessons NYC (Couples & Hands-on)

Hi!

We're looking for a creative, hands-on cooking experience that we can share together. I was wondering if anyone has taken cooking lessons in Manhattan? I'm currently checking out Rustico Cooking (40 W39th St). Anyone familiar with it?

Thanks a lot

The wonderful Mexican restaurant Suenos on West 17th Street sometimes offers classes - Sue Torres, the chef/owner is one of the most repsected chefs in NYC - check out the website www.suenosnyc.com

Thanks mp, I'll check it out! She has a Saturday class during the timeframe I am interested in.

Any other suggestions or recommendations (in the evening with perhaps wine tasting)?

I'm bringing this back up to see if anyone else has any new recommendations. We would like to do this with our S&BIL when they visit next month.

My DH and I took the class at Rustico and enjoyed it and would consider doing it again, but just wanted to see if there is anything new out there.

Thanks!
