Comedy/restaurants in Chicago

We are interested in catching a comedy show in Chicago-how is Second City 4.0(Wells Street)or the Comedy Sportz Improv (2851 Halsted)? Any recommendations for moderate priced, casual restaurants near either location? Thanks!

Second City does dinner packages with Topo Gigio, casual Italian restaurant across the street.

We go to Flat Top Grill which is less than a block away. It is a make your own stir fry - fun place and great food.

Second City is world famous. I have been there twice and both times it was very, very funny. Lots of famous comedians started out there. I recommend it.

Both are great comedy places. If you are looking for improv where there is more interaction with the audience, Improv Olympics is also a great choice. Great casual places to eat (someone mentioned Topo Gigio- one of my favorites. Also- Italian is Mia Francesca, (excellent) which is near Comedy Sportz and Improv Olympic. Great Pizza is Gino's East.
